Jolene Cooley is a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor – Advanced with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). She has worked with high school students for 11 years, helping introduce them to DVR services and developing individualized plans for employment. Her journey to the professional world began with grunt work at Hardee’s.
