Supporting Literacy at Home During the Summer
We will explore many ways family members of young children can support literacy at home and in the community outside of school hours to avoid the “Summer Slide”. We will discuss components of Literacy and talk about how to incorporate those into your daily activities to increase literacy skills. Please join us as we explore tips, strategies, and everyday opportunities for you to engage with your child and your school around literacy.
