As a Financial Advisor, I will educate individuals on the features and benefits of the 529 ABLE Savings Accounts, and how they fit into the planning that needs to be done to ensure a disabled individual has the financial support they need from both the public and private means to live as independent of a supported life as they would like.

Kathleen Oberneder has been in the financial services industry for over 17 years. She has a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology, but chose to leave the medical field to focus on educating individuals to better manage their financial lives. Kathleen has focused her practice on working with families who have loved ones with special needs. This has allowed her to use her years of experience of providing financial education to assist families who are similar to her own to help them plan for their future and that of their special needs loved one.
