This workshop focuses on understanding challenging behaviors among young children. It provides behavioral management strategies to use with young children and teaches parents and educators how to react to behavioral problems.


Rebecca Michelsen is the Manager of Community Outreach and Family Programs at Penfield Children’s Center and has been with the organization for 6 years. Rebecca received her Bachelors’ degree in Community Health Education from UW-La Crosse and her Masters’ degree in Health Promotion from Carroll University. Rebecca is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist and has been delivering a variety of outreach education over the past 18 years.
