College and Career Ready IEPs are based on a 5-Step process IEP teams can use to develop IEPs to improve outcomes for students with disabilities. Preparation for future success, even college and career readiness, begins in preschool; therefore, CCR IEPs are for all students with disabilities, ages 3-21. This presentation will review the 5-Step process: understanding achievement, identifying disability-related needs, developing ambitious and achievable goals, aligning More...special education services, and analyzing progress. It will cover what IEP team members need to know and how to prepare for an IEP team meeting to develop a CCR IEP.
