Boundaries are particularly important in work with families who are survivors of trauma. In this session, learn how to create compassionate boundaries to protect ourselves from compassion fatigue.

Presenter:
Emily Jonesberg is the Training Lead with Rogers InHealth, the education and advocacy department of Rogers Behavior Health, and a proud mom of an active toddler. In her role at Rogers, she facilitates trainings for leaders in the non-profit, education and healthcare sectors. Emily also facilitates programming for staff at Rogers Behavior Health and with parents in the community. Prior to her work at Rogers, Emily worked in a youth serving capacity for over thirteen years through various non-profits and school districts. During this time she also developed and delivered equity training with adults and youth. Emily has a Master of Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
