Your local school psychologist can be a great resource through the evaluation process. This presentation will discuss evaluation basics, common assessments and their uses and the role school psychologists play in this process. A brief discussion of the intersection of clinical assessments and school assessments will also occur.


Elizabeth Cook is the school psychology consultant for the Department of Public Instruction. She is licensed as both a school psychology and a private practice school psychology and has experiences in rural, urban, and suburban settings across two states. Parent advocacy has always been a central focus of her work and she is excited to present for WI FACETS.
