Choice making is a critical communication skill that is important to practice across all ages. Communicating about choices helps children, teens and young adults let others know what is important to them in their daily lives and for their future. Choice making skills are also needed for bigger decisions that impact where we live, work, and our relationships, giving everyone a voice at the table.
