Description:

During this session, families and educators will learn practical strategies they can use to support young children in developing early literacy skills. These strategies include talking to children regularly, singing songs to build rhythm and vocabulary, introducing writing through playful activities, engaging in meaningful conversations, modeling effective language use, and sharing the joy of reading books together. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of how everyday interactions and simple, enjoyable activities can nurture a child’s communication skills and set them on the path to becoming confident, enthusiastic readers.
