Life is hard. We’ve been living for awhile and sometimes it feels like its not getting any better. Maintaining a hopeful outlook isn’t about pretending, but it is about realizing that life can be hard, but I can be resilient.

 

Presenter:

Tim Markle is the father of two young adults. He has worked in the disability field as a family leader for over 16 years. He is also founder of Forgiveness Factor. Through Forgiveness Factor, Tim speaks on keeping mentally healthy, addiction and recovery, and of course why forgiveness matters and how to forgive. He has received multiple awards, spoken nationally and internationally, has been a guest on multiple podcasts and sends out a regular newsletter encouraging people in forgiveness. He works at the Waisman Center with the Wisconsin Autism Transition Demonstration Project.
